“When?”, I hear you cry!
Well, I expect you’re wanting the short answer.
This Monday! That’s right, this Monday, the 6th January 2020.
That’s when the inaugural, very first, premiere episode of the Customer Support Leaders podcast will launch, and arrive in a podcast-y app near you. Hopefully, very soon after, to drift into your awaiting aural receiving equipment.
Yes, you’ll find it on Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, Spotify, and, ya know, all the usual suspects, very first thing that morning. You’ll even find it on the Podcast section of customersupportleaders.com!
When will you listen to it? That’s what I want to know.
The fact is, you’ll listen to it almost anywhere and everywhere. These six-to-seven minute episodes are little amuse-bouches (or amuse-oreilles?) for consumption on your commute from the bedroom (via the kitchen) to your home office, or in the elevator ride to the 4th floor, or in your pre-run warm-up on the treadmill at lunchtime.
And there’s one every day. Or at least, every weekday. So you’ll neither feel underfed because of the portion size, or sick of the commitment. This is a little nourishment every day.
