CSL is where support and CX leaders bring real problems and get answers from people who've faced them. Ask the hard question, share what's working (and what isn't), try ideas out in small groups, and learn from the practitioners we talk to on the podcast. Reading is fine, but the community works because most members contribute something now and then: an answer, an experience, a question someone else was too busy to ask. What we learn together gets captured so it doesn't vanish into scrollback.
It's a small, curated community for people who lead or have led customer support and CX teams. It is not for everyone and doesn't try to be.
Current and former support and CX leaders, and those moving into leadership. Consultants and advisers are welcome as members because most have led teams. Vendors are not members. They can sponsor.
The Faculty (sessions with practitioners and podcast guests), the Library (searchable answers captured from the community, with your consent), peer tutorials (small groups), and Chairs (a vetted leadership jobs board).
Founding seats are free for as long as you remain a member. Everyone else pays $10 a month or $96 a year. The money pays for the platform and the people who run it. We publish a short note every month on membership, activity and what the money covered.
Charlotte and Alec decide, in the open, and explain why. If that ever changes, we'll tell you first. Moderators have real permissions. Members can challenge any decision in public, and we answer in public.
Help freely. No pitches, no unsolicited DMs selling services. Disclose when you recommend your own work. Candid is fine and cruelty isn't. Vent has its own channel and we keep it. Read the full house rules.
Brookes captures insights only where you've agreed, always credits you, and you can remove anything at any time.
