I’ve been delivering and leading technical support for 25 years. In 2018, I set up a support leadership consultancy, which was pretty exciting for a while, until I realised I was enjoying talking about support, and leadership, and all manner of related things, far, far more than I ever enjoyed selling consultancy.

I realised I wanted to take the opportunity to do something a little different.

I wanted to bring some of the conversations I was having to life.

I wanted to share everything I was learning.

I wanted to help other people share what they knew, too.

And I wanted to help them help each other.

In particular, I really wanted to help other Customer Support Leaders figure this stuff out, too.

Because, well, why not? It’s a lot of things I love bundled up into one new adventure. And that’s why I’m here. It’s probably why you’re here, too.
